Charles Alexander Distribution works with all sectors of industry, all types of charity and all areas of public service. We truly believe that promotional products can be the driving force behind any marketing campaigns in all forms of organisation.

Our staff are trained to learn about the customer and the industry they work in. We believe a more knowledgeable and engaged sales team will only increase the level of service they provide. It will also ensure the customer will receive the perfect promotional product for them.

Over two-thirds of our sales in 2016 were from repeat customers which really demonstrates that our customers appreciate the time and effort our teams have put in to learn their businesses and industries.

Not-for-profit organisations and charities are one of the top five industry users of promotional products. This puts Charles Alexander Distribution in a unique position of working and developing relationships with some of the most worthy causes in the United Kingdom and beyond.

Working closely with these charities is something that everyone involved at the group deeply believes in. The group is happy to donate a number of promotional products to your cause. If you believe your charity or not-for-profit organisation can work with us, we would love to hear from you.

Two groups we have an official link with are the Bodie Hodges Foundation and GEM106’s Cash for Kids programme.

The Bodie Hodges Foundation operates a boat house which is used as a holiday home for families after a death of a child. For more information about the Bodie Hodges Foundation, the boat house and the work with organ donation, please head to our charity announcement post.

Radio station GEM106’s Cash for Kids raise money to help disadvantaged children live life to the full and achieve their potential. All the money raised stays in the East Midlands. For more information about the organisation, please click here to head to their home page. doctors

Public sector

Industries in the public sector are one of the most important areas in the promotional products market. Education, health care, local government join other forms of public sector areas to make a large part of our brands’ customer base.

With the public sector being an important aspect of the business, our team is well trained and knowledgeable about the difference this area of industry may have to others. They understand that brand guidelines in the public sector may be different to a local charity looking for a printed product. Their experience will allow them to understand the quotation process local governments have to go through.

Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible, producing the best products. We believe that our staff’s knowledge and experience of the public sector will aid this.

We’re please to offer automatic credit with a purchase order from public sector organisations. public sector

Our teams have looked at specific industries and are monitoring market trends in order to provide the best service possible to all of our customers.
